Can I remove a user from my workspace?

Yes, at this stage any member can remove users from your Dock workspace in just a few clicks.

To remove a user:

  1. Go to Manage team from your Dock side navigation

  2. Find the user you want to remove in the list

  3. Click the three dots (⋮) next to their name

  4. Select “Remove”

  5. A confirmation popup will appear—click Confirm to complete the action

Once removed, the user will immediately lose access to your workspace. Their past activity (such as uploads or triggered workflows) will remain intact for record-keeping.

🔒 Note: We’re currently working on rolling out detailed roles and permissions. This will allow you to control who can remove users, invite teammates, upload documents, and more—with greater flexibility. Stay tuned!
