Can I deactivate my account?

Yes, you can terminate your Dock account directly from your workspace.

To cancel your plan:

  1. Go to Settings → General

  2. Scroll down to "Deactivate Account"

  3. You'll be prompted to share a reason for deactivating (optional but helpful for us to improve)

  4. Confirm your deactivation

Once deactivated, you'll be logged out and your data will remains available for 30 days. Please reach out to us if your deactivation was a mistake.
