Setting up your system is a key step to unlocking Dock’s full potential. Once connected, Dock can pull live data from your WMS, TMS, ERP, or internal systems to answer questions, generate responses, and automate workflows in real time.
Currently, system setup is only available during onboarding for teams on the Dock plan.
As soon as you sign up, Dock will guide you through a simple onboarding flow.
You'll see an option to “Continue to connect”. Click and choose your system from the available list. If you're using a supported WMS, you’ll be able to connect it immediately using your credentials or API token.
