What information does Relay use to file a claim?

Relay pulls shipment and order information from your connected systems (like Shiphero), including:

  • Order ID

  • Tracking number

  • Shipping address

  • Proof of shipment/delivery

  • Description of the issue (lost, damaged, etc.)

Relay ensures the correct documentation is submitted to speed up claim processing.

You can also view all claim details associated with a specific ticket by navigating to the Claims section and selecting the ticket you wish to review. This will open a detailed view showing the claim status, filing history, carrier information, and any pending actions.
