Dock’s onboarding is fast and intuitive. The sign up process is three simple steps:
Step 0: Create an account with your name + email + phone (optional) and password.
This is your first seat, and automatically is the Admin on the account.
Step 1: Connect to a system (WMS, ERP, TMS...)
You can link your WMS, ERPs or other tools so Dock can start pulling live data. This is a mandatory step.
If you want to connect to a custom system, let us know by hitting 'Request Custom System'.
Step 2: Choose the platform(s) you want Dock installed on
Dock works based on your info, from your systems, in the communications channels you use to work, just like you. Choose from Outlook, Gmail, and Slack.
Select a platform and follow the instructions on screen
No complicated setup - just a few clicks and you’re good to go.
While your system syncs, you will be able to upload your operational content like SOPs, SLAs, playbooks, guides, and internal instructions to your Knowledge Hub so that Dock can operate in tune with your business right away.
