No. Dock never sends replies automatically, and that’s by design.
While Dock is deeply integrated into your Outlook inbox and capable of generating accurate, polished responses using your internal systems and Knowledge Hub, it always leaves the final step to you. Every response Dock generates must be reviewed, edited if needed, and manually inserted or sent by a human.
Here’s how it works:
Dock analyzes the email and provides a suggested response.
You click “Generate Draft” to turn it into a customer-facing reply.
You then choose to insert that draft into your reply editor.
You have full control to edit the message or make adjustments based on tone, context, or sensitivity.
You click Send manually through Outlook when ready.
This approach ensures that:
Your team maintains control over every communication
Nothing is sent prematurely or without human judgment
Dock remains a copilot, not an autopilot
For industries like logistics, operations, and customer support where timing, tone, and accuracy are critical, this balance between automation and oversight is essential.
