Does Dock automatically reply to emails?

While Dock is fully integrated into your Gmail inbox and can generate accurate, polished responses using your internal systems and Knowledge Hub, it always leaves the final step to you. Every response Dock creates is meant to be reviewed, edited if needed, and manually added to your reply before sending.

Here’s how it works:

  • Dock reads the email and suggests a response based on context

  • You click “Generate Draft” to create a customer-ready reply

  • When you're happy with it, click “Add to Reply” to insert it into your Gmail draft

  • You can tweak the message however you like

  • Then you hit Send as you normally would

This flow makes sure your team stays in control. Nothing gets sent automatically or without review. Dock is there to help you move faster and reply more confidently—but you're always the one making the final call.

That balance is key, especially in logistics, ops, or support, where accuracy, tone, and timing matter. Dock gives you the speed of automation without taking away human judgment.
