Can I take control of certain reshipment inquiries?

Relay allows you to set up manual overrides and triggers, enabling your team to step in and handle certain requests if needed. Whether it’s due to a complex issue or special circumstances, you can define when a reshipment request should be escalated for human intervention.

To do this:

  • Navigate to the BackOps AI environment

  • On right top, select "View Configuration"

In this section you can add your triggers to allow manual intervention.
