Verifying your system connection is easy. Just go to the Integrations tab and click “View sync history.” A popup will show you how much data has been synced, over what time range, and across which modules.
This gives you a quick overview of whether your systems are syncing as expected.
Another simple way to confirm everything’s working is to ask Dock a question through Slack, Gmail or Outlook. If Dock can pull accurate answers from your systems, your connection is active and functioning properly.
Try one of these quick tests:
In Slack, message Dock with:
“What’s the status of order #123?”
“Do we have inventory for item SKU-001?”
In Outlook, reply to an email with a question like:
“Can you check the status of #1234”
If Dock is able to pull live answers (like statuses, inventory, or tracking info), your system connection is working as expected.
