Once your system is connected, Dock begins syncing your data so it can start answering questions and taking action in real time.

In most cases, the initial data sync takes between 2 to 4 hours, depending on:

  • The size and complexity of your system

  • How much historical data is available

  • Network/API responsiveness from the connected platform

You can track your data sync in real time by logging into your workspace. You’ll see a Data Sync tracker in the side navigation panel (top) showing progress and status updates.

Click “See modules” to open a popup that shows how much data has been synced, the time range covered, and which modules the data came from.

After the initial sync, Dock continues to update in the background to ensure it always pulls the most current information. To keep a check onyour sync status, navigate to the Integrations tab and click “View sync history.”
