You can invite external users (like brands or clients) to experience the power of Dock directly through Gmail, Outlook, Slack, or our chat interface. Here’s how to set it up:
Steps to Invite Brand Users
Go to the "Invite Team" Section
From your left sidebar, click Invite Team under your workspace settings.
Select the “Create Brand Access” Tab
You’ll see two tabs at the top — choose Create Brand Access.
Click “Invite Brand”
This opens a popup to configure the invite.Choose a Brand from the Dropdown
Select the brand you want to give access to from the list.Add Brand User Emails
Enter the email addresses of the users you’d like to invite. You can add multiple emails at once.Send Invite
Once sent, your brand users will receive an email with steps to get started.
Invited brand users will be able to use Dock on:
Gmail
Outlook
Slack
Chat UI (web)
They’ll be able to ask questions, get real-time data from your shared knowledge hub, and generate responses directly within their tools.
Note: Only brand-specific data will be accessible. You control what’s shared.
