Can anyone on the team create folders and add files?

Yes! All team members - whether Admins or Members can create folders and upload files to the Knowledge Hub.

This makes it easy for everyone to contribute relevant SOPs, SLAs, playbooks, and internal guides that Dock can use when answering questions or automating workflows.
