How often should I update my documents in the Knowledge Hub?

We recommend reviewing and updating your Knowledge Hub at least once a quarter or anytime your policies, processes, or contact points change.

You should update documents when:

  • An SLA changes

  • A new workflow is rolled out

  • Vendor processes are revised

  • A document becomes outdated or inaccurate

Keeping your content fresh ensures Dock always responds with the most up-to-date and reliable information.
